I'm going to have to get that one on netflix Kitty, the youtube is too long for me to watch such a small window.

I have bad news. A little birdie bonked his head on my front window today. S/he hit really hard and was knocked out cold for a few moments, then sat up but still its feet were splayed funny and it was panting with its tongue sticking out and eyes closed. Now it is against the wall sleeping. If it doesn't get going soon it will be eaten by a mean cat or freeze to death. I am/was usually hard hearted but it makes me very sad. I had my blinds down, s/he just wasn't watching very well I guess. :(

Oh no Edgar...

That is very sad... you can put it in a shoebox and put it in a shed or some place warm... sometimes they live... although they die alot too... I'm sorry... and don't feel bad you couldn't help it...

s/he was gone this morning. no feathers or anything. i prefer to think that s/he flew off and lived happily ever after. :)

He probably did fly off Edgar... :)

I've rescued a fair number of bugs and they often recover and fly off... the key is to put them in the shade if sunny...

But I've had a lot of animal deaths too...

I'm glad that your birdie seemed to survive...
