Heart heat

My heart melted today.

My mind and heart have been at war... and my mind won... and told heart to close up ... stop loving an impossible love...

I feel hollow inside... and mind feels superior and righteous...

What is love? Maybe it's a vibration between two souls... a stream of energy and understanding... a shared orientation towards the light...

Why would my mind make my heart turn off that light?
